Before releasing your loan payouts, the bank legal panel requires these property documents to verify a clean title history:

• Parent Documents: The complete chronological chain of previous title sale deeds for the past 30 years.
• Encumbrance Certificate (EC): A clean EC running continuously for the last 15 to 30 years, sourced directly from the local Sub-Registrar Office (SRO).
